Shipping
All the products in YWOBB are free shipping, with no minimum purchase. And Item will be shipped within 1~4 business days after full payment is received.
Usually, we ship worldwide with Epacket and it's free for customer, normally the shippment to worldwide is used to take 8 ~25 business days, exclude Sat & Sun. (depending on customs and times such as Christmas mail delays etc). You can check your package's logistics information on EMS website or 17 track.
We can also provide express post by EMS(5-8 days) or UPS(4-5 days). The cost is higher than standard postage, about $ 20 or higher. If you want post by EMS or UPS, please contact us.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

So this is my first foray into alternate brand bricks since my childhood in the 80s (when - let’s face it - products were very inferior). I just couldn’t resist after seeing these sets. That said, I have to say I am very pleasantly surprised. If I’m honest, I’m actually amazed. The sets are DECOOL KS001-KS004 Cyber Street Corner. From the very start I was impressed by the quality of the instruction book, which is high-color and resolution on sturdy paper, on par with most sets marketed towards adults by the name brand. The brick quality is outstanding in all regards; color, clutch, and plastic mix. In a blind feel test, I would absolutely not be able to call out the difference between these and big brand bricks (which I’m sure any adult collector knows what I mean with some alternative brands). The print quality on the bricks themselves are superb. No defects, distortions, of unintentional color degradations. No stickers to speak of either, which is truly wonderful. The set designs are very well planned out, with lots of exciting techniques, details, and greebling. More than anything, I’m flabbergasted at both the quality and beauty of the ‘dolls’. Not only are they excellent quality, ball joints and alternative hands are welcome additions without totally redesigning the format and placing them out of universe with the main brand (unlike the difference between the 2 biggest brands’ figures). I’m happy to say I am a convert. I purchased all 4 sets in the theme from https://www.yourwobb.com/, which was also worth writing about. I ordered these on 2/17 and received them on 2/25. I ordered from a vendor through Amazon the same date and those still have yet to arrive, so the shipping speed was excellent. The packaging was great, nothing lost or damaged from what I’ve seen. I will certainly be shopping with them again and would recommend to anyone who was on the fence or undecided. Beyond 5 star experience all around. I can’t wait to make these a modular!
