Usually, we ship worldwide with our standard logistics and it's free for customer, normally the shippment to worldwide is used to take 8 ~25 business days, exclude Sat & Sun. (depending on customs and times such as Christmas mail delays etc). You can check your package's logistics information on 17 track.
We can also provide express post by Fedex(2-5 days) or UPS(4-5 days). The cost is higher than standard postage, about $ 20 or higher. If you want post by Fedex or UPS, please contact us.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

BelgiumNice build but has one flaw
I enjoyed this build. Details are abound and the techniques were interesting. Internally nice chambers with each their own furntiture. All floors easily accessible. Three trees with different style of building. One flaw I found was the greenish tree. It is build with a gun-type brick that easily disconnects. As they are stacked upon each other, tension builds up. And a simple soft touch may send it flying in pieces... a bit sad for this as it is the only negative point in the whole set.
GermanyGood Set, but 1 fail
Nice details and a lot of fun building this house. Brick quality good for this price, BUT: The green tree wasn't buildable, because the stud shooters didn't work with the 1x1 round plates. So every time you stick it together, it slips out immediately. I can not understand, how this should work.... Maybe with original lego stud shooters, I don't know.
