Shipping
All the products in YWOBB are free shipping, with no minimum purchase. And Item will be shipped within 1~4 business days after full payment is received.
Usually, we ship worldwide with Epacket and it's free for customer, normally the shippment to worldwide is used to take 8 ~25 business days, exclude Sat & Sun. (depending on customs and times such as Christmas mail delays etc). You can check your package's logistics information on EMS website or 17 track.
We can also provide express post by EMS(5-8 days) or UPS(4-5 days). The cost is higher than standard postage, about $ 20 or higher. If you want post by EMS or UPS, please contact us.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

It was fun building the Millennium Falcon. Delivery was fast and good, manual was good understandable und no parts were missing. The model looks great!

Die Lieferung hat knappe 14 Tage gedauert und es gab ab Versanddatum eine super genaue Paketverfolgung, das würde man sich in Deutschland teilweise wünschen. Als das Paket in Deutschland ankam, war die Verfolgung nicht mehr so ganz genau, wurde aber ohne große Verzögerung ausgeliefert. Es gab gar keine Probleme mit dem Zoll, also super Sache. Ich bin immer noch beim bauen, Ber bisher ist alles top. Klemmkraft super, alle Teile bisher vorhanden, Anleitung klar verständlich und übersichtlich. Bis auf den ganzen Plastiktüte Wahnsinn habe ich gar nichts auszusetzen. Ich werde auf jedenfall nochmal bestellen. Kann ich echt nur empfehlen.

It's a fantastic build, I'm about halfway through it. I was really impressed with the colour instruction books that came with it and how well it was packaged. Each part is in a seperate bag which makes for minimal sorting which is a great relief with a sizeable build like this. Look forward to finishing it soon

Fast Shipping (to Germany) and the Brick quality is really good. The only downside is that the Falcon is relatively unstabile in the Build process, but its gets better when it is finished.
