Shipping
All the products in YWOBB are free shipping, with no minimum purchase. And Item will be shipped within 1~4 business days after full payment is received.
Usually, we ship worldwide with our standard logistics and it's free for customer, normally the shippment to worldwide is used to take 8 ~25 business days, exclude Sat & Sun. (depending on customs and times such as Christmas mail delays etc). You can check your package's logistics information on 17 track.
We can also provide express post by Fedex(2-5 days) or UPS(4-5 days). The cost is higher than standard postage, about $ 20 or higher. If you want post by Fedex or UPS, please contact us.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

GermanySet is cool but manuell is hard to read
The set is great, but my criticism is about the instructions. It's difficult to distinguish colors, especially when building with gray and dark gray, so I had to use a knife to separate the pieces due to their high clutch power. Unfortunately, I'm missing 4 bricks (which is unfortunately normal for a set of this size), and one piece is in the wrong color. However, YourWoob is known for quickly providing replacements. The set looks amazing, but I'm glad to be finished.

I am almost at the halfway point and really enjoying the build. No missing pieces as yet and really enjoyable to build although a little bit fiddly in parts. Clutch power of the bricks is good and the instructions are very clear. Can't fault up to this far and will review again once completed. A big thank you to Loy and Amy whose service is impeccable. A super company, very friendly and TOTALLY trust-worthy. I will be back for more sets, that is for sure. See you all soon. Kev :-) England!!!
