Shipping
All the products in YWOBB are free shipping, with no minimum purchase. And Item will be shipped within 1~4 business days after full payment is received.
Usually, we ship worldwide with our standard logistics and it's free for customer, normally the shippment to worldwide is used to take 8 ~25 business days, exclude Sat & Sun. (depending on customs and times such as Christmas mail delays etc). You can check your package's logistics information on 17 track.
We can also provide express post by Fedex(2-5 days) or UPS(4-5 days). The cost is higher than standard postage, about $ 20 or higher. If you want post by Fedex or UPS, please contact us.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This is the first Panlos set I’ve bought and I am impressed. I have previously bought multiple sets from China but none have compared well to the many Cobi and Lego sets I have built, but this one is different - the brick quality is very good and the design is excellent, with just a few caveats. The T28 is an unusual subject - only two prototypes were ever built, and since it is a tank without a turret, its usage was limited - it was designed in 1944/5 to attack heavy fortifications so had amazingly thick frontal armour and a very big gun (for the time). Apart from its huge size, the most unusual aspect of the design was that there were double shell and track sets and on each side, necessary to reduce the ground pressure as the tank weighed close to 100 tons. The outer sets were removable to facilitate rail transport (otherwise it would have been too wide for the gauge), with the idea being that the tank could tow the two outer sets behind it while on roads. The set is a very interesting build, as it has lots of internal detail, revealed once the hull top sections are easily removed. The set features pad printed detail, like Cobi - no dreaded stickers! The only criticism is that the wheel axles are a very loose fit so have a tendency to fall out, apart form that parts fit was very good. The only other thing I didn’t like much about this set is the colour - the light green colour seems a little odd, I prefer a darker olive drab as the US military would have used, but the new Cobi Merkava suffers from the same issue, only worse - a weird very browny green colour. The one disappointing aspect to this purchase is that the scale is about 1/22 so it cannot be compared to the Cobi tank collection I have, which is all about 1/28. I definitely recommend this set, especially in terms of value given the high part count for the price.
