All the products in YWOBB are free shipping, with no minimum purchase. And Item will be shipped within 1~4 business days after full payment is received.
Usually, we ship worldwide with Epacket and it's free for customer, normally the shippment to worldwide is used to take 8 ~25 business days, exclude Sat & Sun. (depending on customs and times such as Christmas mail delays etc). You can check your package's logistics information on EMS website or 17 track.
We can also provide express post by EMS(5-8 days) or UPS(4-5 days). The cost is higher than standard postage, about $ 20 or higher. If you want post by EMS or UPS, please contact us.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

This was my first order with YWOBB and I could not be more pleased. It arrived within two weeks, even during the beverage bug, was was amazing. The model itself goes together seamlessly, with only an occasional hard-to-understand step in the instruction manual. Nothing that couldn't be figured out, though. All of the pieces fit together securely with only two minor exceptions. The cow pusher on the front has a bit of trouble staying on if you put too much pressure on it. Also, the hoses going to the barrels in the rear tend to want to come off if their tapped, due to the hoses being a little bit stiff. Heating the hoses up with a hair dryer and forming the bends a little bit helps. The moving parts function as they should and are fun to not only look at, but to play with as well. The details are impressive. There is plenty to see here and assembling this was enjoyable. Overall, I am extremely happy with this purchase and look forward to doing business with YWOBB again in the near future.
