Shipping
All the products in YWOBB are free shipping, with no minimum purchase. And Item will be shipped within 1~4 business days after full payment is received.
Usually, we ship worldwide with Epacket and it's free for customer, normally the shippment to worldwide is used to take 8 ~25 business days, exclude Sat & Sun. (depending on customs and times such as Christmas mail delays etc). You can check your package's logistics information on EMS website or 17 track.
We can also provide express post by EMS(5-8 days) or UPS(4-5 days). The cost is higher than standard postage, about $ 20 or higher. If you want post by EMS or UPS, please contact us.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Good communication from seller. Item was delivered promptly. The sets are great! - Good quality blocks & design. Clear instructions, the figures / characters are a little difficult to assemble (and perhaps not as robust). Overall happy the kids absolutely love them . All bags were sealed, however both sets had 1x block missing. Accept this is an issue with the manufacturer. Had to substitute with some of our own blocks - but could not match colour :-(
