Shipping
All the products in YWOBB are free shipping, with no minimum purchase. And Item will be shipped within 1~4 business days after full payment is received.
Usually, we ship worldwide with Epacket and it's free for customer, normally the shippment to worldwide is used to take 8 ~25 business days, exclude Sat & Sun. (depending on customs and times such as Christmas mail delays etc). You can check your package's logistics information on EMS website or 17 track.
We can also provide express post by EMS(5-8 days) or UPS(4-5 days). The cost is higher than standard postage, about $ 20 or higher. If you want post by EMS or UPS, please contact us.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Wonderful Service
The product shipped fast and convenient. I ordered seperat parts for this model about the shop and they where always very nice and helpful. Have the model lying at home for some time, but only now set it up. Some very nice techniques, the construction goes well by hand. The motorization is great, the car has momentum. The quality of the parts is very good. No soiling, no color differences. What a shame, the huge amount of stickers. I left them out because they didn't look so nice either because they were kinked, but still I haven't regretted buying it, a nice working model. You don't really need to say anything more about the shop and Loy than: Top class. Here you get direct support on everything to do with your own order. In other words, the model and shop are very clear recommendations.
